This class combines strength training & cardio. With the commitment and motivation from this fantastic group, you will see results FAST! This is the best way to jump-start your fitness regime...it's amazing what you can accomplish before 7am :) Team Euphoria (New session starting soon) Get fit like never before! Join our team of fitness enthusiasts and become “fitness competition” ready! Every week we will complete an extreme, focused workout designed to sculpt your physique into that of a fitness model. No registration required. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start. Adult Re-Intro to Ballet - Ever wonder how professional dancers achieve long, lean muscles with super-human strength? Experience an incredible workout and indulge your inner diva with this re-introduction to classical ballet! Emphasis is on barre work with proper technique to ensure a safe, effective workout. Ballet attire not required. Boot Camp – Boot Camp is a high intensity, FUN class like no other! With a unique blend of strength training, cardio, plyometrics, core training, kickboxing, and a HIGH ENERGY environment this class pulls out the BEST in everyone!!! Boot Camp will get you results…period. Boxing Boot Camp - This class blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardio workout. With combinations of punch and kick sequences, you'll feel the burn as you're motivated by our skilled boxing coach. Gloves on! Learn how to hit a speed bag, heavy bag, reflex bag, etc. Gloves available for purchase at front desk, $30. Loaners available too! Dance Jamz - Jam away 500+ calories in this hip-hop class. It's fun & easy to follow. If you like Zumba, you HAVE to try this class too! Toning Interval - This tabata interval-based class pumps up the intesity by doing strength exercises for sequences of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, for 4 minutes. It's a fantastic way to burn a LOT of calories and tone every muscle group. Total Body Sculpting – Target all the major muscle groups that give your body its shape. This workout is guaranteed to tone you up from head to toe, giving you noticeable cuts and curves. Using excellent instructional techniques, Missy keeps you highly motivated as she takes you through progressive sets of resistance exercises. Zumba - Join us for this FUN, easy, dance-fitness class that’ll have you quickly moving to spicy Latin, Hip-Hop, and other International rhythms. The instructor offers non-stop basic instruction for new students and more challenging modifications for experienced students. No coordination necessary! |
